I provide therapy to children, adolescents, and adults, working with struggles that include family and relationship difficulties, difficulties at school, trauma, life changes, and emotional dysregulation. I aim to create a safe space for clients and ensure that each client feels validated and listened to.
I incorporate person-centered, psychodynamic, solution-focused, cognitive processing, cognitive behavioral, and mindfulness interventions to help clients deal with stress, anxiety, depression, and life events. I tailor my treatment approaches to what works best for each client.
