As a licensed psychologist, I am passionate about helping children and teens thrive. My goal is to help children learn to adapt to their environment and develop positive views of themselves. When working with families, I help explore barriers to effective parenting to help children and caregivers maintain a positive attachment despite unexpected mental health challenges.
I have experience in both psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapy. Additionally, I specialize in trauma-focused and play therapies. My approach to treatment is integrated, utilizing multiple theories to understand individuals. In all, my approach varies depending on the presenting issues and what is best for the family.
