I became a therapist because I wanted to help others to discover and embrace their purpose in a world that can often leave people feeling unsupported and alone. My goal is to provide a safe space where people can express thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. I seek to help people improve self-awareness as well as to use strategies to implement positive change for a healthier life.
I have been a therapist for over 25 years with a concentration in adult clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, life transitions, addictions and issues of shame and identity. I utilize a goal-driven and integrative approach utilizing CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness techniques. I strive to provide individuals the personalized care they need. I have seen people do amazing things with their lives once they participate in therapy and develop the skills to live a fulfilling life despite obstacles.
