My mission is to embark an emotional journey and facilitate better self-understanding. My approach to treatment is integrative, and holistic, when working with teens, young adults, or couples. I use a wide range of interventions such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy), ISTDP (Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy), TIIP (Traditional Islamically Integrated Psychotherapy) wherever appropriate, and Poetic Psychotherapy.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy translating poetry, writing, being around nature, and traveling the world. I look forward to the opportunity to learn more about your needs.
